General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The chronic itchy pimples need evaluation with allergy tests via blood lab and other allergen sensitivity evaluation with an allergy specialist.

There can be immune dysfunction or histamine-mediated mast cell sensitization responsible for such issues.

Till that time, primary relief with lavender oil, Epsom salt sitz bath and antihistamine will be best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
